Members are encouraged to participate in arts and crafts sessions at some meetings.
This is an excellent way of improving hand and eye co-ordination as well as cognitive function.
Stroke Club Conference-Nottingham
2015 was the 10th Anniversary of Stroke Support Clubs in the UK. This years annual conference was held in Nottingham where Second Chance participated in the Stroke Club Ideas Exchange with a display made by Club members.
